in my openion i would advice to use a company that has a branch in US, not just an agent.
i have worked before with Panalpina, they have good service, however i'm not sure they ship individuals.
it seems that you woul need 40feet container for you stuff, shipping this container from US is around 3k USD. shipping to US would reach 4k USD.
