Someone has logged on to QL to ask a very specific question - can I join a company without an NOC. It is a concrete yes or no question.
Some of the advice given on this thread isn't just nonsense, it's actually wrong, and could cause a lot of headaches and heartache to someone.
Why on earth would you want to knowingly provide incorrect and misleading information to someone about an NOC?
