relocated: for a second i was annoyed by your comment but then realized that the way i expressed myself earlier could have been taken the wrong way; I studied in Ideal too and fondly remember my teachers too; and because I happen to be the worst student in the history of education, I attended these private classes too..which like you said, were very kindly offered by my teachers because they cared about me enough. However, it was these very teachers who confided in me/my parents that it was not legal for them to teach for a fee either inside the school premises after working hours or at their homes. But their low salaries do not help their cause. Sure, everyone does it, but the law does not allow it. You can get drugs/alcohol/women/gay men here but its all illegal. That was my point. And I would want those loving teachers and every person in the world to receive the highest possible salaries, so your last question is not up for consideration either.
