If your working in a Government sectors like Qatar telecom,Qatar foundation,Ministry of IT etc. you can expect to get aprox QR 7000 with house allowance,medical facilities etc. But then it depends upon your Qualification and importantly your job experience . In private sectors you can expect QR 4000 to QR 6000 but again I would say it depends upon your cv so don't rely completely on the figures mention earlier.
