Hi Ella, Thanks for those inputs. Our organization too uses scrum org-wide. I also recently got a <a href=""""www.scrumstudy.com/"""">agile scrum certification</a> course ; <a href=""""http://www.scrumstudy.com/scrum-master-certification.asp"""">Scrum Master Certification</a>
to be precise from Scrumstudy. Hope it will help me in managing projects more effectively and efficiently.
