VFS are only a contractor to UKBA and they only do the administrative visa processing. They do not offer any advice or assistance and make no decisions concerning UK visas.
For an entrepreneur visa you will need to show that you have liquid assets of at least £200,000 to invest in a UK business, either new or existing. Other than having a clean immigration and criminal record and a TB check of you are from a country where this is necessary, that's about all there is to it. You should not need the services of a consultant for any UK visa unless there are complications such as previous immigration breaches. If your case is not straightforward, use a UK based OISC registered advisor or solicitor.
