Generally the travel is banned if you have not paid on your issued cheque. You might have given a security cheque to the Bank, on which they might have put a travel ban. However that travel ban would not stop you coming to Qatar, because that travel ban is to stop you from traveling out of Qatar.

Dont worry, feel free to come, earn and pay back, because the Bank only needs repayment and the litigation.
