My visa is labor slaary 10K plus working as engineer one company since last 5 years
my wife is under her father sponsorship & she has valid visa till 2015
we had a baby boy in june 2013, unfortunately when i left to Get his Birth certificate from slawa road they told me to transfer your wife into your sponsor
since than i didnt find time to do this all to get my Baby ID.
my company is having no objection to transfer my wife into my sponsor they will provide NOC
for changing my profession i am applying again & again but can not come to know what is wrong with this all.
i have one only simple question
can i go with labor profession to get RP for my baby
Do i really need change of profession from labor to staff
