Irrespective of other things, there is a need of an institute which could give training to the auto mechanics. No mechanic would be allowed to work until he goes through the short training of some weeks every two years. Why so because most of the mechanics do not upgrade their knowledge and skill which forces them to just call for new parts instead of even very minor repairing or servicing that they do not know.
