I think when they finally allow Saudi women to drive they should implement a few more rules:
1) By law the engine should be modified in order to make the max possible speed of all vehicle 10 km/h.
2) It should be mandatory for all cars to fix a very thick rubber padding all around it's body(front rear and sides too) similar to the pneumatic fenders in a boat.
All signals should be removed from the roads and I believe drive will be more fun after all this is done.
