i respect everybody on this forum . But it seems some of you are not getting my point . Do have right to claim damages or there is not i can claim ?

And to some of you that are pointing accusing finger . Ask yourself whether you will jump to any offer that has good package like 50 to 70% increment compare to your present offer with buoyant opportunity of getting release from your present sponsor.
