Please Help! I'm here in the philippines and have been gathering requirements for data flow. I don't understand what they mean about requirements for general education..Is it the diploma from grade school and highschool only? do They need to be CAV by the DEP ED before evaluataion and do they still need the preschool diploma and still have it cav..I really need help because the agency that handles us doesnt seem to really know what the requirements are about!! It's very stressful...The checklist only says CAv certificates but did not specify any..Please Help
