I have received 50+ postcards, 10s of stuffs purchase online (international delivery), no extra charges..
You need PO BOx only to receive ( hence no point of extra charge).. using office PO Box is fine if you are at the same building.. if you are working in site not in HO then it would take more days (depends on your administration).
