If someone was fired by a muslim ( islamist), it is wrong..if someone was fired by any other secularist or whatever for the same reason (or I can say reason more worse that the former one, as the other two stories had an element of discrimination as well) ..how does it is right..???

Now don't say two wrongs can't be right.. just agree even secularist and non_religious people also have some preferences to make.
