in that, but I believe the bigger issue of terrible traffic is caused by poor road design and an inability to plan for the future far enough in advance. I was there when they put all the roundabouts in West Bay. Sure, there was hardly any traffic then, but 10 years later they just have to bulldoze the roundabouts and put traffic signals. Any intelligent person would have done that the first time around. I could go on and on....just like doha traffic!
