all the salaries for the labours to be transfered throught the bank(Wage Protection Scheme System), and if the company fails to pay the wages, government should stop all the activities of the company and its sponsors.
there should be 24X7 Labour complaints & help desk to help the victims.
a special squad should monitor the utilization of human resource for each and every company.
finally every one should keep in mind that, " A MAN WHO TREATS A MAN, AS A MAN, HE IS A MAN AMONG THE MEN"....
