It is impossible to fathom what the parents are thinking,All I can say is I hope that they find a way of dealing with this.
I have seen Construction safety getting better in the middle east but it's still at a stage where the HSE in the UK would have a heart attack merely trying to imagine the standards that we witness all to often over here.
Slowly I hope that the culture changes to focus on the safety of everyone who may have to be or are accidentally too close to or on Construction sites.
That is one leap forward most M.E. Countries could take but sometimes I wonder if they either do not think about it or perhaps the protection costs :(
