Justice delivered in the #DelhiGangrape may only remain an exception rather than the rule. I dont know why #India still has to wait to make it a rule of the land. Over 23,000 #rape #victims are still fighting it out for #justice at various high #courts with around 1 lakh cases still pending across the country as of 2012.
