renting someones vila is against the rules , the problem is: `we` doha residence we are not reporting them , we agree to rent through someone who knows someone and will take you to someone and so on...renting a house of a room is only allowed from direct owner of the vila /flat ..these people are doing it against the law and we are supporting them by keeping quiet not reporting them :-(
