elbachir: In my experience.. HMC accommodation are very decent and nice.. They give us a Fully furnished flat (apartment) fully furnished means complete appliances, fridge, stove, bed, sofa, fully air-conditioned rooms etc. if you have a family you can bring them here (under your sponsorship through HMC) and HMC will give you a whole flat with 3 bedrooms and 3 toilet & bath.
