It does make me very upset to hear anyone trying to remotely excuse these perverts who go about causing much fear and inconveniences to us women in their bid to "get lucky"
And I urge all women, when faced with these sickos, don't shy away and let them get away with it. Complain to security/the cops/bystanders etc and make sure they are well and truly humiliated if not penalized. Allahu Must3aan.. they are truly such a menace!
