I think the first step towards being positive person is to acknowledge we are all humans and we are prone to error and do wrong.
Life is a B**ch, and definitely not a bed of roses.

Its up’s and downs, and even the happiest person out there is not happy/positive every minute of the day.

As I human being who has read on dynamics of the brain and its psychology, I’m pretty much comfortable in having a dark moment and feeling weak, vulnerable or sad.

Because life is all about experiences and that includes some negativity as well.
