Contact Baladiya to get the Rodenticide to eliminate them or try boric acid trick. Mix boric acid powder and chicken broth in a throw away bowl. Prepare a dough (make sure to use gloves while you are preparing it) and make small balls out of it and place them in the locations where you normally see the rats. Don't leave any other food or garbage which the rats can eat. You will find them dead in a couple of days.
