Yes KR, but I think it has nothing to do with gender as nipples develop (as part of the skin) long before the fetus's gender develops and all fetuses are neutral for 6 to 7 weeks and then the sex related hormones processed.

Human females actually do NOT 'Feed from the nipple'.
Human babies feed from their mothers 'breasts' - hence the name breastfeeding and not nipple feeding. With an effective attachment the mothers nipple will be far back protected inside the babies mouth towards where the hard palate becomes soft.
