Thanx... Well i m a not a very senior Architect.. I m holding 7 years experience with 2 years in Qatar... My only reason to move is that i want to work with a Consultant, i m currently working with a contractor... yeah u r right 15% is really not a very huge raise numerically but its gud enough to cut my food,fuel and mobile expense. They are offering me 15% low than my current, it kind of offends me and hard to convince my self foe lower rate only because its a gud firm. I think they are trying to cash their name.
