nope, there's no direct bus from wakra to west bay. you have to stop over at the karwa bus station. take 109 (i think) from wakra then take bus 76 for west bay.

if you don't want to go to the bus station. get off the bus coming from wakra at sana, cross the street and wait for bus 76 at the bus stop there. vice versa if you're going back to wakra
