Steer clear! I sent my stuff out with Pickfords, 40% longer to ship than originally quoted. Supposed door to door service but it cost an extra 20% and they wouldn't offload until the extra was paid. Also, "don't give a damn" customer service.
All I can say is, they paid up for a broken item.
They ask you for all the documentation before transport but then ask you for it all again at the other end. Make sure you make a few copies of everything.
