This is going to be my food diary

1. Suhoor - Hareeseh
2. Iftar - dates, chia seeds in water or milk (cold)

Four five types of fruits ( few pieces from each)

3. After Isha Prayers - One glass full of milkshake with nuts, cardamom..will be followed by 30 to 45 mins walking.

4. Water as much as possible before sleep.
