Rather than looking at the absolute amount of your salary, please make sure that it compensates your skill set in Qatar. The experience mentioned above - Is it in India or some other knowledge based ecenomines like UK, Singapore, US. As a professional, it is also important the current designation and what has been offered to you.

There are chances that you may find people with less/same skills get more than what you have been offered.

What is your area of expertise like audit, tax, advisory, M&A, investment banking etc...
