Kareena, a lady can stay under father's Sponsorship for long but she cannot sponsor a baby when she is under her Father's Sponsorship. She might be able to renew her RP under her father. She can sponsor the baby if she is working under a Sponsor otherwise the baby should be sponsored by his/her father. A dependent cannot be a sponsor.
