u can come anytime u want under any types of visa.tourist visa maximum stay of 3months in qatar but need monthly renew of visa and monthly exit. for visit visa can extend the visa until 6 months sometimes get lucky to extend til 7months if ur sponsor working in a government company if not a government will extend/renew the visa maximum of 3months.business visa is good for 3months no need to exit unlike tourist,will exit only after 3 months if still u need to extend ur visa.
In philippines as long as u know how to answer them (be consistent) and have all the documents with u nothing to worry bout entering here.u know the process since its not ur first time here.goodluck.
