There are two types of contract:
1. Fixed term contract where the employer can't terminate it unless justified by law, if terminated without any legal reasons the employer will be liable to compensate the employee.The duration of the contract is open to both parties agreement , but normally it is two years , the maximum duration permitted by law is five years.
2. Indefinite term contract where each party could terminate the contract at any time without the need to state any reasons.
