MM... this is true... but not when someone tells you... no i am not going to do that... that's it... does not matter how long you smile.. it wont help.. so you grab a guy and kick him out.

My approach... always be nice at first.... hopefully that resolves the issue.... when a person does not appreciate mt effort to sort things out amerably.... then the other side kicks in... i think most people approach situation in this way... i am sure the flight attendant at first tried to be nice.
