You are giving contradictory information. Your medical is not complete, your finger printing is not done and you are telling that your RP is under process. If your x-ray is showing scars of PTB it is difficult to get medical approval. They are giving a special consideration to give you treatment and after the said treatment they will take your x-ray again and if you are cleared you will get RP otherwise I dont know.
