The Black big box is the fiber optical to ip modem, and it has the capability to spread wifi from itself but Q-Tel disables the wifi from that and give another access point which is cisco small black and blue box to get Lan and wifi connection.
I tried digging some setting in the big black box, you still can enable the wifi from that, it works and good speed, I still didn't figure out why Q-Tel has to give the second access point, may be because they want the big black box to be beside the junction box and pull connection to where user wants. If you still want to enable the wifi from the main big black box you can by going to configuration settings in the main big black box (modem)
