My fiance's contract did not get renewed and they also refused to give him an NOC. Not just him but all the other 12 employees whose contract they decided not to renew, all western expats and all were refused NOC.. My fiance and most of the others have good job offers but since they could not get NOC they have no choice but to leave the country.. I have a very nice and stable job in a government firm here but because he of the NOC in my fiance's case, I have no option but to quit my job and leave Qatar which is like home to me and to move to wherever he gets a job. This is going to be a massive change in my life and there is nothing I can do about it.
