What do you think sponsors or employers who cheat those poor are doing it legal? Does OP has courage to register any complain about them?

I met a guy who had contractual salary 1100 QR per month but he was paid only 850 every month and was told if you want more just leave at your own cost.

Instead of complaining those poor labours first ask them what are the reasons they have taken this risk.
