Most "civilized" societies enforce wearing a seatbelt altho out of all traffic laws it is the only law that absolutely does not affect anyone but urself...can we then deduce that the government need to butt out, or should rely on research and experts of the field???

Does every person with a drivers license know the benefits of the seat belt?...sure...does that make everyone wear it? A BIG NO...that’s why the law was born.
