If you are applying for a family visit visa (for wife/husband), submit the following requirements to Ministry of Interior Borders Passports & Expatriates Affairs:
1) Copy of Marriage Contract (this should be attested in your home country and also here in Qatar).
2) Copy of passport (wife & husband).
3) Copy of your labor contract.
4) Original copy of NOC from your company.
5) House rental agreement (by your company or your own).
6) Debit or credit card (for paying fees bcoz they will not accept cash payments).
