This is not justice..it is like FBI taking law in his hand. Nope. Except in defence condition if suspect is trying to kill someone again they have the authority to kill him on the spot otherwise no... He could have been plead not guilty in court..shame on CIA and FBI. Suspect was wounded and they shot him again and he died of more wounds which doest make sense at all. People who claims they are behind world peace and bla bla bla they do these shameful acts.
