then dont sighn the same. if you sighn the one then you will have to take noc. if you have not sighned you will have to go back.. and then you can come for a different visa... but once if u sigh the contarct .. then gone... they can show that in labour court... if medical is done no problem... thats ok. doing medical is not a big thing... but should not put finger print.... once you put finger print then it will be registerd under sponsor...

so my advise is what ever it might be. if you dont like dont sighn the one and go back... they may ask u to take ticket.. but its okk... when you compare the risk of getting noc or banned for 2 years...

go backa nd come for another visa....
