Perhaps you forget that the reason why you are in Qatar is because of the company that provided you with a visa.
If I am an employer, I will send you home immediately, ask you to pay of my expenses in bringing you to Qatar and ban you from coming back to Qatar for at least 2 years - - - just to give you a lesson and maybe to remind you what professionalism is all about.
