Well Pappu, I don't agree. If the system is corrupt, it needs to be talked about.
And really Pappu, I am quite sure that most drivers know exactly what they are doing wrong. as you said before, it is not rocket science. most drivers are just rude , selfish and careless.
That is why rules do not only need to be taught, but more importantly, ENFORCED.
