I must disagree there. Top of the mind I know at least 3 ladies, very very close friends of mine, who married past 25 years of age, but remained virgins until then because of religious reasons, and I also happen to know some ladies who remained virgins till they married for cultural reasons too. The matter of remaining a virgin till marriage, and who decides to have sex out of wedlock is still very much a personal preference, where some chose the former and some chose the latter for various reasons. and though I agree the former is now quite rare it still is existent.
