Hi, yes I do partially agree with the above posts:

1> Planning to leave your country of residence to work abroad is an important decision so you should have taken into consideration the pay package before finalizing the offer, but now that's the past.

2> I personally am not against any individual who takes a few frequent jumps in his initially career stages till the time he can prove that the jump was not a monetary inclination but provided him with a position of higher responsibility and deliver ability.

3> In the current case I would say stick with your current employer at least for a year at the same time self educate yourself with certifications/ corporate training that make you more marketable in the next job hunt phase.

4> If you follow point 3 above the next job jump would be better, long lasting and satisfactory for you.
