for waitress is very low...you get maximum 2000 QAR plus accomodation , transportation from and to work , 3 meals a day in the staff cafeteria ( sometimes it's only on duty time and in rest you must buy your own food and cook it urself ) and medical insurance ( most probably with Hamad Hospital ) .
