OMG I am loving my Friday! It's a stay at home and cook nice stuff Friday this week. And I am just chilling having had two rounds of Marmite on toast followed by two rounds of marmalade on toast (Kingsmill of course) washed down with a nice Capuchino made with coffee beans freshly ground by me.
And a whole day of nice food to look forward to. It doesn't get much better than this. Especially when I watch the news on the BBC and see that back home in the UK it's only 2 degrees. And here I am with my windows open listening to the birds outside and enjoying the beautiful warmth outside.
I am a lucky man, and for that I am grateful.
