i agree what TB and smoky said .... but mostly u guys generalize .... old qlers seems to talk only to the old ones ...usually will comment only to their old fellows

and even if there is something good going on within new qlers u guys will be in reading mode...

well i dont wanna generlize too .. but few seems to be ..... leave it .... :-)
