than an actual legally applicable ban. Obviously he cannot be banned from libraries around the world, but only nationally at most.
That said he is quite a grotesque being, and obviously sick in his head. Hope he is given proper treatment and cured of his perversions. Until then it's best he be kept away from all public places, and not just libraries !
