This mostly happened to those faking their credentials but don't actually know the work of the profession they assume. In the Philippines, fake documents are rampant, and you cannot almost know if it is genuine. Countries with good working relationship with the Philippines because they are treating its people right have no problem going there. That's why Filipinos who go to Thailand or Singapore can escape or cross to other countries because these countries don't care for people not their own. When problems happened to Filipinos in other countries because of their "hard headedness" or lawful act, it is the government of the Philippines who gets headache repatriating them / coordinating with embassies to get them back - because our government care.
